Live Oaks Retain Life

live oaks retain life

November the joyous month

southern doors flung wide

thankful for reprieve from heat

we walk in the midday sun

November is the most beautiful month in Florida.  It is a time of returning to life and being outside; this is our season of life.

A wild soul writing poetry.

  1. A refreshing poem! We finally have a bit of a chill here. I’d prefer if we could just skip right over winter and go straight to spring at this point, but I guess the seasons don’t really care what I think. 🙂
